FAX us at the Camarillo clinic. Please note: while we make
every effort to return phone calls as quickly as possible, your call may not be
returned immediately. We may not be able to return non-urgent messages
until the next business day.

Regarding Caller ID blocking --
If you are expecting an after-hours return phone call from our office, you must temporarily disable your caller ID blocking by entering *87 on your phone (since we will be returning your call from our personal phone). If you do not disable caller ID blocking, we may not be able to return your emergency phone call.
